My friend when he trys his launcher and it just is on the loading screen so he changed it to super BAD *** backround for myspace is that ilegal cause i dont think it is?

as in he oepned the internet or something while the game or laucnher is open? no that is not illegal

oh, so he changed the background of the launcher? Yes i think thats is illegal because that is tempering with game files and is against the ToS(Terms of Service)
