A Part Time Job for Karls quest, not repeatable

After completing the quest once, Smith Karl offer the quest again, but there only a "no way" option available. It is impossible to accept it again.

I have this problem also. Thought it would have been fixed by now, was in CB also. Glad it isn't just me, but seems like more would have mentioned by now.
