I log in, and when i click play, the screen goes black and then goes back to my desktop.... what do i do?

i have the same problem. when i click the icon on my desktop i try loggin in but it just blinks off and does nothing. what should we do about this problem

mine does similar... mine gets stuck on loading... it doesnt go any farther...
