Ok Let Me make this Thread more Clear.

Plup/Chyt sold Outspark cash to people for in game items.

I'm one of the people he sold it to because i just needed a Birth Card Reset. So it seems like something went wrong for Plup/Chyt buying sparkcash.

So it seems like the people who received SparkCash is suspended with Plup/Chyt

But i have the Receipt that the money went to Outspark. But it says it got reversed chargeback or something.

So what this Thread is trying to say is.

Should Plup/Chyt be Banned or Unbanned?

Should the People that Plup/Chyt trade outspark cash for game items be Banned or Unbanned?

personally, people who received sparkcash didnt do anything wrong. and we got suspended.

giving other people sparkcash means account sharing, account sharing is against ToS, violating ToS = ban...

in essence, yes, you should...

you all know in the ToS, it clearly states AGAINST account sharing of any form (we all went through this with the Surfer/Euphoria mess). Actually, if anything, THAT problem should have been a lesson to all who account share. Yes, Plup gave you sparkcash, BUT, he didnt hack your account to do it. You knowingly gave him your account information. Which qualifies as account sharing, which in turn is a bannable offense.

I'm not trying to be rude, or mean to anyone who got banned, but I cant condone listening to those (in game, or on the forums), complain about something they themselves could have prevented in the first place.

First off, internal matters are not open for public debate. Second, you have no way of knowing whether the accounts are banned or simply suspended until the payment issue is cleared up. When someone gets something they never payed for, they get their account suspended until they pay up. And third, as stated above, account sharing is a bannable offense no matter the circumstances. Since it is not up to the public how internal affairs, billing problems and TOS violations are dealt with, threads of this nature are absolutely prohibited. Please think twice before you post anything similar again. If it has to do with someones account, a rules violation, a ban or jailing or a billing issue it is not a public matter, and should NOT be posted on a public forum.
