Ok so I've been blocked for seven days because of silly billing issues, and tech support says to recreate the initial purchase....My Question: Would that not require me to log in with my blocked ID? Also what if Click and Buy takes more than 7 days to resolve the issue, then I could possibly get perma banned....FUN.

I find it quite hilarious that paypal has no issues but the first time I use Click and Buy everything goes to pieces. They're really not going to like me :D

I think the EXACT same thing has happened to me.. I used Click and Buy not too long ago and now my account is banned. I cannot even login to the website... is it possible that I am encountering the exact same thing... if so, how do I go about fixing it? I never even got contacted when I got banned... no apparent reason whatsoever... it is not our fault Click and Buy failed to pay OutSpark... even though they took our credit card information. Anyways, I need solutions, anyone got any?

Well my seven days are up and Click and Buy hasn't done anything..........

Now what do I do. Can't I just switch and pay with PayPal instead? And what does Outspark do, just auto ban you if it's not fixed?! That's sad.

They auto ban if there are payment issues to protect against fraud and credit card scams.

You should submit a ticket and PM a CSR if you have any issues or questions with your payments.

I've already submitted a ticket (reason for this thread). There's not much Outspark can do, unless they allow me to use some other type of payment because there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with Click and Buy.

Edit: by ban i meant permanently. Right now my account is only blocked. But now that it's still not going thru because of someone's stupidity, I dont know what's going to happen.

PayPal beats Click n' Buy any day?

....As stated in my first post this is the first time I've used Click and Buy, so obviously I already know Pay Pal is better.
