It is a really rare monster drop.

Or you can buy it. It is a very hard item to find.

battlefields also dropped, msot mlikely the 30-30 or 40-49 ones

Yeah it's supposed to be able to be found randomly in the level restricted battlefields. I'm going to grind in there after I finish training my licence cause it's really annoying me that I have the skill level to make all T2 scrolls but can't make 3 of them cause I don't have the recipes. To bad there are no licences for any mobs in the Abyss, it would save me time. :p

Those people telling you it's a secret either don't want more people knowing where it is or they don't know where it is themselves. xD

But yeah, I've been spam killing Ghosts of the Abyss forever looking for them forever and I still haven't gotten them >.< It's an extreamly rare drop from mobs in the abyss or I've heared that Elite mobs in MT have been know to drop it. :D

I think the best chance to get one is the 3X abyss, then you have a chance of getting either thee t3 recipes or teh t2 recipes in the 4X abyss, and the abyss' above those drop the t3 ones.
