I have windows vista fist of all. It used to work but i got customer support for reaons no one needs to know =p. But no when i log in i can select my server(apoline) then i select my character but once that happens fiesta stops responding and it wont lead. Any ides please?

I always run it as administrator. But the weird thing is i can log on to any other account. I was also thinking that it my be something with elderine? becaause the account im trying to log in on is in elderine, and all my other account are somewhere other than elderine.

This is so confusing...:confused: i hate vista...:mad:

This is a vista dual comp if that helps. i figured out that it WAS elderine. I dont know if it is bugged or anything but if i wait for awhile it says at the top
-fiesta- not responding-. i have a full internet connection so it couldnt be my connection. If i wait for a while a screen will pop up, ill show all of you.

If it's just one character that you can't get onto, then it's not Vista. At least I wouldn't think so.
Does it say that the map is under maintenance when you try to connect?
Does an X-trap error pop up with that message you described? Try taking screenshots of this and posting, it will make it much easier to identify.
Very odd problem indeed, you could try PM'ing a GM about it, you'll need to be patient to get an answer. They've got many PMs to sort through and it can take a few days.
Hopefully your issue is resolved.

That was uncalled for. People ARE trying to help him. Though not many know how since the problem is unusual.

And many people TRIED to help you. There's nothing anyone can do if you are entering incorrect information to log in.
So please don't drag your issues into unrelated forums trying to draw attention.

Make sure if you do try to contact a GM, to include screenshots of this issue if you can. It will help them try to identify your problem.

well well well, what do u want i do, GM close 2 times mi threads, but if some more important ppl have the problem the staff make the imposible to done the problem..... welcome to mi life <(-_-)>, im a latin boy whit no sparkcash, im try to give to GM all the info of mi acount to restore that, but i recive nothing.... ok ill try whit anoter game like cabal, lineage, hero online. cya never then

They were closed because nothing could be done. Threads are closed when there is nothing left to add on the issue, or there were some negative words exchanged on that thread.
No one is more important than anyone on this game. It does not matter what your ethnicity is, nor if you buy Sparkcash or not.
You have to understand that they just can't give you information because people may try to claim accounts that aren't really theirs. It's a precaution to protect accounts.
Everyone did what they could to help you. I'm sorry your issue wasn't resolved.
Please don't bash the staff and the people who tried their best to help you. If you are going to leave for another game, then leave.
