What happens when they finish making Fiesta? Will our characters get deleted? O_o

If you make it to 20th level then your characters name is reserved for you.

It is not just a rumor. the GM's have said this numerous times.Although they do reserve the right to change their minds I guess.*No search feature so I am manually looking for one of their post.


*EDIT* Here it is. I found it. It was in a email I recieved from Outspark on June 26th. The second paragraph tells about saving of character name. It says from the CB1 but I believe it works for CB2 aswell:

The wiping of characters after closed beta phases is standard in almost all MMO's. It is necessary to keep the CBT's from having a unfair advantage when the game is released to the public.( not to mention the devasting effects it would have on in game economics).CB is a testing phase and NOT a headstart on characters for players.Welcome to the wonderful world of Beta testing!

lol im getting tons of errors trying to log in this isnt worth my time not only to fix the errors and find out that the toons will be deleted

Please be patient to everyone who is having downloading problems.


For the ending of the beta test, I am sure all Closed Beta Testers will get a PM from the GMs.


And it is a shame and sad that unless you get to Level 20 you lose everything but your name, but that is how it always is. The GMs always want everyone to start out equally.


In my opinion, I like it this way because I have been in several others where this wasn't the case and the game had power gamers
