Under the Roumen Stairs?

I was riding my wooden horse up the Roumen Stairs; [Grid F6]. Everything was okay till I realised I wasn't going up the stairs, I was <u>under</u> them!!! I tried to keep going, maybe it would go away and things would be normal, but that didn't happened. Instead I found I could go forward no more, only back the way I came. So I went back and tried again; the same thing happened, again.
