thans for the mate that answered my question but it seems that you pointed me the wrong way...

Someone on the CSR team answered saying it was not they're job solving this issue and it told me to take a ticket in another thread (the help topic).

Sorry but i'm a little noob in this thing could someone point me the correct way?

And another thing... just a proposition... why don't make a thread about the sparkcash issues it would certnally make our life a lot easier... i mean noobs like myself ^^.

Anyway, thanks for this great game!

CSR's are the ones that handle the tickets, PM SKing and let him know, but they want u to do a ticket because its the way they want the system to work, but i find that the tickets often dont do much but give u a genral response sometimes, try the ticket and if doesnt help then pm the CSR or SKing is what u should do, if CSR's still say they wont help u then what are they even for, remember this isnt a large company, so it takes time


if i have questions or concerns or problems, they get handled, so what i tell u is just hang in there, they busy people

Send an email to support@outspark.com to open up a REAL ticket. I did that when my deposit was delayed 4 days and they cleared it up in a few hours.
