I got SPARKCASH problems! GM i need help!

Man i got problem now and i cant find a thread about SparkCash problem so i did one of my own! I did just buy 7.000 sparkcash for 10USD or what it is i had 233 sparkcash but i didnt get my 7.000 sparkcash. I lost my money and i have gotten a recipe that i have gotten 7.000 sparkcash but i havnt! Please help me i want my sparkcash or money back!

Best thing I can ask is what payment version did you use? Sometimes it is not immediate, but from the sound of things you have made a previous purchase.

If you paid via PayPal you may be able to supply a payment receipt from the website itself, when presenting your lost money issue.

In the end though I would say give it a day or two as it may take such to verify those who've not purchased more than once or twice.

If the problem persists, you can email support@outspark.com and supply as much information (time, date, payment method, receipt number, etc) to them in it.
