The Necklace is a rare blue necklace. Typically they have really nice stats for all three of the protections. So yes it's worth more than 1g. You're just lucky you got it for 600s.

Tera ive been playing this game for a long time. 2 months before i joined the forums actually. the most ive seen this necklace sell for in that entire time, and i spend most of my time shopping in the cities looking for deals, is 1.3g. and nobody bought it. ive seen it sell for 1g generally, and that is the known value. maybe went up since the inflation of money and high level players i guess, but i dunno, rarely see them for more than 1g

I suppose it depends. Do the stats remain the same for all the necklaces or do they vary?
Most of the ones I've seen went for about 1g at the least. Though I could just have the unlucky chance of seeing the more expensive ones.

found one in cp, then same day 3 hours later i see a noob selling it for 25s in a shop o_O
hehe i sold them both for 1 g each, (thats what they are worth)
