There are versions in Japan, Korean, China, and Taiwan. If you are in those countries, you cannot access this version, but you can the version specifically for that country. Some require proof of citizenship, and the language settings.

not true, u can access this game in china, i know a few people that do

i think korea is a total block, and maybe japan, but i think thats it, thou china was blocked i think for a while but a lot of people play this from china
