Skill bug - Lightning Blast

Lightning Blast might give the enemy some debuff. But actually nothing happen even if debuff is given to enemy.

When compared with Magic Blast, this spell needs <u>longer casting time</u> and <u>longer cooldown time</u>, but <u>damage is lower</u>. It's just useless.


I think this spell should have chance of stun or bonus damage(as same as Lightning Bolt).

pls note that not all the time ur skill debuff will have 100% chance of having the effect...sometimes the debuff may not happen...like warrior's stun is not 100% success stun...

He's not talking about the debuff succses rate. He's talking about when the little box apears that signafies a succesfull debuff. There is no noticable difference in the enimy when it is debuffed by the spell.
