Sorry I need a little help

Okay I have a cleric but I can't figure out how to use the healing abilities. I believe I've got it so that it's okay to be used but I can't figure out how to actually use it. I've looked all over the sight and I can't find any directions. So now I'm getting the feeling that it didn't download correctly(There was some sort of error or something that popped up after I downloaded it and the help menu won't come up for me(That's why I'm asking).)

So could someone tell me how to use heal so I can maybe figure out if it's my computer or if I've just got it all wrong. >.< Thanks :D

You just click on yourself to heal and click on others to heal them....

ok, first of all, you need to purchase the heal skill from...skill master ruby in roumen.
then, you need to right click it in your inventory to 'learn' it.
next, you need to open up your skill menu, and left click on heal, the, carry it over to your hotbar which can be found on the bottom left
now, to use heal, either right click it with your mouse, or use the hotkey associated with the square u put it in.

lol you think that seems funny. I tried dragging items I wanted to sell to the npc's and nothing happens, i can't figure out how to sell my stuff to an npc lmfao! I got it. gawd i wish every game would stick to the same concept, either right click to sell, left click n drag, double left click, shift + click, gawd make up their minds!
