why is it when a GM ask for info and you try to send it to them it gives you message that they choose not to recieve PM's or can't recieve them?? thx for all help

in ht eweekends some close their inboxes so they dont get flooded when theyr back

Hmmm, most likely it is as smitske says, as GMs do get paid, but most of them don't work the weekends. I know that GM_Silkypico at least keeps his/her PMs open over the weekend, while Dakkon and SankeEyes generally close theirs. Most likely if you tried to send them something early this morning, they hadn't reopened their PMs, or they weren't in the office yet. It is also possible they wanted to get through some of their older PMs before reopening thier PMs.

They often turn off their PM function so they can get caught up on the previous PMs they have received. They do this to ensure they respond to as many as they can.

If you send info to one GM and receive that message, send it to another with a comment "[name] asked me to send this to him but he isn't accepting PMs. can you forward it for me or help me in this?"

Or wait for the original GM to come back... your call :D

Also, just so y'all know - Mondays suck! They are usually up to their chin hairs in work from over the weekend so you may not receive a response until tomorrow... even we CLs have to allow for this "first day back" and wait for responses to our PMs as well. Just FYI

Just wait acouple minutes then try resending, I ran into that problem last night. I just kept the tab open and tried sending later.
