Collecting Items Bar

Does the bar effect you when you are collecting items such as Starfish, Copper ore, Tree, Herb and mushrooms... And what are you suppost to do for that bar press a button to make it stop or just watch it till it stops? If someone knows the answer Please reply.

Put your mouse cursor over the yellow bar. Then when the green meets the yellow click it. if you time it just right* it will finish the harvesting successfully with a chance of getting harder to get items. It is a timing thing, much like any of the golf games that are out.

No, you just have to sit there and watch it. If the bar lands on the gold line don't expect the best item to pop out it just means you have a better chance for it. you can get the best Item it jrops even if you dont land on the line its just a chance thing.
