A runtine error eh? Well heres what you do. Make sure your computer is up to date.

To check for an update go to www.microsoft.com ("http://www.microsoft.com/") <-- only if your using Windows. Go find "Microsoft update" This should be free.

Next, go to your browser and clear all the cookies and temporary internet files.

Well hope that helps

Also you should make sure that the fiesta launcher is on the exceptions list on your windows firewall

I had the same error so I redownloaded making sure my firewall and virus scanner was disabled and then put the launcher in the exceptions list and now I can play.

One other thing that a couple of members said worked for them when getting a C++ error trying to start Fiesta...

Make sure that Windows has enough virtual memory space. Apparently very little VM can cause this error for some users.

You can check for how much hard drive space you have allowed Windows to use for virtual memory by checking the System Control Panel under Advanced>Performance>Settings>Advanced. Depending on your version of Windows and amount of free hard drive space this may be adjusted if it is very low.

I got the same problem. By me it was the IE7 which was kicking the game. I deinstalled it and voila!

For those who are interested, this is what pops up with this error (assuming it's the same one 8D)

I don't really feel like messing with it, unless an easy solution is found.. >__>; I'm getting a laptop soon, so hopefully Fiesta will run nicely on there.. Until then, well... I guess I don't really know what I'm missing. 8D

But if anyone has any other suggestions?
