i was able to login from my old computer but i got a new computer and now i can not log in. Please someone help explain this problem to me. thank you

i'd say just make sure your stuff is installed right, the account seem to be tied into the logins here.. *shrug* maybe they are tracking IP.. but I doubt to that extent as with cable or w/e you'd just release and renew and be fubar.. so Probably not.
uninstall/reinstall..
getting any errors?

Well I can tell you that I am able to log into my account from different computers, different states even.*Also that*my husband and I have both logged into our seperate accounts on the same computer.* So No... You can*have more than one account per computer.*I know it doesn't fix your problem but maybe it will help??*
