Do you have all the lastest drivers for your graphic card, sound, and mother board? I found for many games having out dated softwear cause that. if you can tell me what your using I can produce a URL for the updates.

Read this thread and try the suggestion in it.* Or similar based on your firewall... see if that will work for you

Hi Sunlit,
"Probably" not a connection issue, since you are able to login from the Launcher and start creating a character, so let's look at something else.
Please post your system specs as described below, let's have a look at that:
Run DxDiag (Start>Run>dxdiag>OK...check System and Display tabs for:
Operating System (Exact version, also is it an English Language version or something else?)
Processor
Memory
Page File
DirectX version (needs to be 9.0c!)
Display Device Name
Approx. Total Memory
Display Device Driver Version (ex: 6.14.xxxx.xxxx)
It may be that your video card is either unable to run the game, or you may just need to update your video device drivers.

then directx wersion is 9.0c and the display device driver version is 6.14.0010.5673
pagefile:132mb used 377mb available

You need at least 512 MB of system RAM to play Fiesta. 256 MB is enough to get you*through the*login screen to character creation but not into the game itself.*Also, what kind of video card do you have? You might not have the newest drivers for it.
