Heaneath Alliance Mission Doesn't Work!

In Sand Hill my character letsrockout was talking to Julian. We're talking and then suddenly when another bubble comes out and it doesn't say something like I'll do it! or even a sorry can't. It's annoying!:mad: Please fix this problem!
