white screen

hi, please can someone help i have a SIS mirage graphic card

wen i load the game the people are fine, the shops are fine, the npcs are fine however the background when outside a shop is all white and its hard to walk around

any ideas to how to change this

i had that except the screen was bright blue, and then i was underneath roumen. after i logged off it was fine. sorry i'm not very helpful o.o
