Hot Keys not Working

I have a level 41 cleric on Bijou so I know the hot keys work right. However on Epith I can't get them to work for my noob fighter. I don't remember having to do anything to get them to work. Any suggestions?

Duh! Silly me! I figured it out. Somehow my hotkey bar got switched to the second bar and of course it wasn't going to work with just clicking numbers. lol Fixed it and its working fine :)
