Trouble Logging in

I tried logging in to Fiesta, i put* my name and password in right, but it wont let me in. it says"either the username or password is wrong, or im not allowed in the closed beta", whats going on? why cant i log on?

Your account looks fine from here, so you "should be" able to login and play.


Make sure you are using the latest version of the game client...if you are using the client from Closed Beta 1 it will no longer work, you must use the current version.


Make sure that Internet Explorer is not set to Work Offline (probably is not, but check under IE>File).


Make sure that any firewall you have is set to Allow traffic to and from Outspark for Fiesta files, especially Fiesta.bin.


Make sure that any and all programs, especially those that access your internet connection (MSN, IRC, Yahoo Messenger, etc) are shut down when you try to login.


And of course, make sure you are typing your username and password correctly...you probably are, but just be sure.


Post back if you try the above and still can't get in...you may need to make sure that certain ports are open for Fiesta traffic in your router, firewall or with your ISP.

I'm having the same trouble when I try to login. This just started after the launcher patches were downloaded.

I apologize for bringing this old topic up, but I have the same problem, and I'm almost certain that I have the latest client.

I'm currently reinstalling to see if that works.

Okay, that didn't work.

It gives me the same error.

It looked like it would work, until it patched something and now I can't log in.

Any help appreciated.

i got the same problem here too.


i've been playing since cbt2 started, so i'm guessing that something must be wrong on outsparks servers.
