What's wrong? This is the first time I've ever downloaded this game. I haven't even been able to play it yet because everytime I log in and get to the Fiesta screen, it pops up with a message saying "Connection to servers has failed"

Hi Femme,

You are having an issue that more than a couple of folks seem to encounter, and there are a few things that you'll need to check.

Your account looks fine from here, so you "should be" able to login and play.

Make sure that Internet Explorer is not set to Work Offline (probably is not, but check under IE>File).

Make sure that any firewall you have is set to Allow traffic to and from Outspark for Fiesta files, especially Fiesta.bin.

Make sure that any and all programs, especially those that access
your internet connection (MSN, IRC, Yahoo Messenger, etc) are shut down
when you try to login.

And of course, make sure you are typing your username and password correctly...you probably are, but just be sure.

Post back if you try the above and still can't get in...you may need
to make sure that certain ports are open for Fiesta traffic in your
router, firewall or with your ISP.

T,b*s .. wow waaaa waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa .. this is something where we have offered our services to the creators of this game, in return they allow us to play it for free for a limited time. Consider this as your chance to get the upper hand by just knowing what to do once the final release is made. There are going to be thousands of poor schlups that won't know how to put lisc.'s on their weapons, use elrues, get production abilities, etc... Be thankful that you wil have it mastered by the time it is officially released. :)

People, please be careful with the firewall, not only
the one which comes as a built-in firewall on Windows plataforms, now, your
Internet providers' firewall too.

I've had the same problem because of my bandwidth
too. If it is too slow it won't successfully connect to the server.
