cant log on

i cant get on it keeps saying i got wrong username or password or that im not in the beta, but i am, and i got the username and pass right

this is a quote from catsclaw from a topic posted that was the same as yours:


Make sure you are using the latest version of the game client...if you are using the client from Closed Beta 1 it will no longer work, you must use the current version.


Make sure that Internet Explorer is not set to Work Offline (probably is not, but check under IE>File).


Make sure that any firewall you have is set to Allow traffic to and from Outspark for Fiesta files, especially Fiesta.bin.


Make sure that any and all programs, especially those that access your internet connection (MSN, IRC, Yahoo Messenger, etc) are shut down when you try to login.


And of course, make sure you are typing your username and password correctly...you probably are, but just be sure.


Post back if you try the above and still can't get in...you may need to make sure that certain ports are open for Fiesta traffic in your router, firewall or with your ISP.

ive tried it and it still dont work and all i can see is the boxs and the top. it keeps saying loading but it doesnt load anything.

How long did you wait for it to finish loading? It will have to finish loading before you logon


@1020best did you try all the options listed above? Expecially about the firewall
