If you click on the Forum button at the very top of the page it will bring you to the main forum page for the site. If you scroll all the way down it will tell you who's online at the moment.

Though the GM's pop on and off all the time, so it's best to leave a PM with one of them about your issue.

Just take a screenshot, upload it to imageshack or photobucket, then PM the link to any GM who is online atm. If none of them are online, still PM one of them. But please be patient with them.
