Strange Elderine Glitch and Lock-up

I was in the Sea of Greed, and died. I spawned in Elderine, although the city itself was gone. Only the rendered sky graphics could be seen. I couldn't move to certain areas. As far as I know, I was the only one this happened to in the area. I moved to the west, and Elderine re-appeared, and my game locked-up. The error was in "fiesta.bin" if that's of any significance.

try re-installing or just log out then log back in which usually sorts it out
