Doubt on Disciple quest

Well, first of all, i'm a aco that wants to be a Disicple
I've seen on another topic, that i need a firewood set "NON+1 or greater"
Well, i have NO idea what that means
If someone could explain me or post a tuto to how become a Disciple, or even a link to another helpful topic, i'd thanks a lot, because i'm very coufused about that

Basically you'll just want to the buy the Firewood set + Cane of Training from the armory in Essene.
