ok heres my problem. i log in just fine i get to character select screen i select my main character which is in collapsed prison. It goes to the loading page it finishes loading then i get this message "Fiesta.bin has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Ive tried reinstalling the entire game and done a manual patch. any suggestions please?

try cleaning out temparrary internet files. If you are using internet explorer you can do this by going to tools>internet options and on the first page you will see browsing history click delete another menu comes up at the bottom is the option delete all. Mind you this will delete passwords you have auto saved to sites. for instance if you are logged in to yahoo for the 2 weeks untill you sign out it will ask you to log in again.
