Randomly recieving Outspark Cash

This is strange. I opened outspark.com to report the Lock-up bug I posted a minute ago, and I entered my login info. As soon as I logged in, I got the notice:* "12,500 Outspark Cash has been added to your account." Is this a bug, an event, or something else?

They need to test the store and the only way to do that is to give every one some money so once the store is up prepare for noobs to be straight on the premium stuff i recommend spending it wisely and not straight out shopping sprre no doubt the nubs will be doing
