Premium Item Bug


Item: 200% Capacity Extenders


Bug: Discription says it is good for 1 hour but actually it stays for 2 hours after using.

I bought the pumpkin mini house which says it lasts for 7 days, but it says i only have 2 days left when i just bought it.

i bought things till i had 5k left but nothing appeared in my inventory! not even in the far right one. Iceman took care for the mini devil but i bought other stuff too!

When I put an item in my cart then click "checkout" the screen to input my password appears. According to the tutorial, this is exactly what should happen. Howebver, after inputting my password and clicking "submit" the same screen appears again and I need to enter my password one more time and click "submit".


I do not know whether this is actually a bug but the tutorial shows the "enter password" screen coming up once only.


The tutorial for the store was very helpful.

This is not a bug, just a comment. It would be very nice to see expiration times for ALL items before purchase. The expiration on the mini-devil was not seen until after the item had benn equipped.

Both times I bought a mini Devil from the website it didn't have a timer. It does have a count down or epirations date it just says it lasts 7 days on description... When I look at my Times Items List it does not have it listed./sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-yell.gif

This is obviously some bug or something caused by not patching or something usually.* I'm not sure what the bug could be though.* It works PERFECTLY on mine.* Just make sure you did purchase the items by checking your backpack, the purchase record, and the present gift box icon in the far right above the boxes where all your items are.* Just click on it and right click on the item and it should be in your inventory.

The first time I bought something I had 1 scarab, 1 bag, and 1 demon pet in my shopping cart.


I removed the bag


checked out.. thought the price seemed a bit high.. but didnt' really care as it was late and I was just glad teh store finally took my order.


I checked my backpack.. and I had 2 scarabs ><


and no, I know there is an item # indicator on the right side of the shopping cart.* It showed one.*


*I will say that i had to start over several times during the process due to demand on the system.* I am sure that had something to do with it, but regardless what I ended up with was not what my cart showed.

first purchse, bought a tuxedo shirt III, it wanted my acct password, purchase went through, shirt placed in backpack, then client locked up.


Had to ctrl-alt-del to escape, also it resized my desktop to 1024x768. Using Wxp pro. x1950pro.


Got a send error report pop-up.

A bug occured to me today while I was shopping in the store: the old bag decidet to move verticaly up and down, pic included: http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/2164/clip2tb8.png


It happened when I was trying to buy the bag but accidentaly put two in the cart after which I pressed remove next to the item in the cart. This removed both bags and as I was readding a bag the bug occured. I tried to recreate the bug with the pet devil (just for the fun of it) but that worked normaly.


But I was able to purchase the items normal.


Oh on a related note: it would be nice to be able to see the information about time limited items in local time just like it is with the KQ startups not in (PST?) US time. Pluse I was wondering whether the mini devil intentionaly isn't listed among the time limited items since it is also limited to 7 days.

I bought a pumpkin House 3 days ago, in the shop it sayed it lasted 15 days, instead, it expired today on the 3rd day. Typo or bug? (Yes, I checked my Cash Shop logs, I bought it 3 days ago)

Bug:

Pumpkin House supposed to last 7 days. It vanished after 3.5 days.



To fix:

Ensure*the Pumpkin House timer is*set*to 7 days.



Addition suggestion:

Implement a system message notifying you when the item has expired, so you realise straight away. Perhaps also have it automatically equip your previous mini house appearance, too.

I will confirm the same bug has happened to me with the pumpkin house, it has dissappeard off the face of the earth, i was very confused on how i couldnt open my house and found that it had dissapeared and i had no house equipped, so something needs to be sorted out with it

Ok.. here it is: I just purchased a 150% hp.. In my online backpack and also in the Credits part it says I bought it and my Coins are gone aswell.. But online it is not in my Backpack at all.. (I am not talking about invatory I am talking about Fiesta Store backpack ingame.. 5 pack to the right)

I bought a Pumpkin House, Outfit, Lil Devil, & Racoon all at the same time.* I activated all of them at the same time, but today my House is AWOL!* It should have had 3 days left on it, but it's gone.* I was left hanging without a house 'til I figured out to re-equip the basic mushroom.


*This bug needs MAJOR fixing.* If I had been a paying customer, I would be severly PO'd.* Devs, double check the coding and timers on the items, please :D

On both my characters I bought a Mini-devil, red menain shirt, red menian pants, and a raccoon. My mini-devil's timer has never started on both and its not on my timed items list. I'm not sure if it will go away after the 7 days i bought it.
