View Full Version : Cash Shop Idea: Level 30 Skill

Somewhere around level 30 is when I start to get that "more of the same" feeling in Fiesta. I have leveled well past that, but thats due to the strength of the people I play with and how fun they are.
So lets see a permanent skill be purchaseable at level 30 for all classes. Basically, there would be only one item (that way people cant buy the wrong one) and using the item unlocks the skill.
Here's a few suggestions:
For Clerics, let it be an AOE heal. I cant think of any other major MMO that doesnt have an AOE heal. Or, if you feel that would be overpowered, then have it be a skill that helps while solo but not in a group. Like a life absorb DOT. You absorb the HP that the mob loses from the skill.
For mages, a knock back/stun ability. Knocks the enemy back and stuns for 3 seconds.
For fighters, a 10 second buff skill that increases their attack rate.
For archers, perhaps a rooting ability. Like a shadow snare. The mob cant move for 5 secs.

To be honest I don't like the idea of cash shop skills one bit. All skills should be for everyone, not just those that can afford CS items. I can't buy the CS items and I've never whined about it cause I still feel the game is really fun and playable without those extra items. However, if they started putting things like skills in the shop, then I would really start like others had an unfair advantage. I'd be very surprised if I'm the only one with that opinion.
And as far as clerics go, they've already got an AOE heal, you just don't get it till a higher level, 60 I think but I could be wrong.

honestly, the Cs users have a big advantage as it is right now, this would even make it worse.

No ofense but no items which involve permanent in gme advantage(i.e skill) should be implemented, basic balance game issue. FInd me a decent game that have a cs skill and u can not obtain in game.
Second, all ur skills listed is obtained at higher lvl, aoe heal, root(soon to come for 8x i think).
Mage stun suppose to work with lightning but not yet, prob will be fixed, warrior attack rate is not but its fine as is. So just a suggestion, try to research on everything before posting such a thread.

Lightning doesn't stun. It is not meant to stun. That is a myth
Instead it does a very small dot that covers archer's bleed.
Do not use lightning in kq with archers who use bleed.
CS skills is a bad idea. But the reasoning why is already mentioned.
