I have this thread stickied in 'Welcome to OutSpark' but it seems it needs to be on this thread as well. So...
Greetings fellow forumers!
I’d like to take a moment, if I may, to first state that which is incredibly obvious: we have a great community at work here! In the past I have, as have we all, participated in several forums, most game-related, some not, but have to admit with 100% honesty the community here is just tops.
We have some great informational threads and I’d like to commemorate some of them now by adding them to this post, in hopes that those who have come to seek knowledge will have a guiding compass from which to follow.

So, if you are new to OutSpark or have been here for some time, I encourage you to take a moment to review the boards when you have a question, want to join a debate or just chat with your friends about anything in the Off-Topic Discussion Board (http://www.outspark.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=26)! Remember, the search tool is you friend: when thinking of posting a question or comment, use the search tool, located at the top of the thread. Just type in some key words and who knows? You may find the answer to what it is you’re looking for much faster than posting a new thread and waiting for an answer. :D
As for forum rules, yes there are a few which must be followed. They will be posted in a separate thread and stickied to the top for ease of use.
As I said, these are the more basic items that, if followed and respected, will lead to everlasting peace and enjoyment in these forums for all. I have found a simple rule to live by – so much so I have made it part of my signature. “Don’t raise your voice. Improve your argument”
I hope this will help to guide many although, as I have already stated, most of you using these forums unconsciously follow these simple rules already. If you do, kudos! If you are new, welcome!
