GM events in open beta?

I was just wondering if they where going to have GM events in open beta as well .I think they realy add to the game /sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-laughing.gif*

They do but i think there will be less for a few reasons.


1) to many people

2) People constantly ruin events

3) people never listen to GMs

4) People complain that selective events are not fair and that everything should be for everyone.

I know we all **** and moan about it..


Hell I do because of the lag issue sometimes (major computer upgrade coming ^^)


But we'd all miss them if they were gone in reality, I mean GM activity is part of the reason i'll still fire up a MUD every now and again.

I love the events. I just think those are valid reasons. Dakkon banned a guy today for breaking the rules of the event (Team Battle Arena--long story)

in the game i usually play GM's are like Bigfoot.* you've heard they exist but noone's actually seen one much less spoken.* i really like the GM presence in CB and i hope it continues

I think we only see so many because there is only one world with one channel. It's gonna be difficult for a handful of GMs to do as many events when we have who knows how many worlds up.


*But, I would like to see just as many GM events. That's what seperates this game from other MMOs.

Awww i hope they aleast do some , maybe like once or twice a week would be cool :) Like one during the week and one on weekends.
