Please Help Me With Signatures I Dont Get How To Make One

Hi, Ive been trying forever to figure out how to create a sig. You probably think im stupid but theres just somthing im missing. Can someone tell me step by step how to make a good sig? Thank you :)

No need to make two threads D: Most people use programs like MS paint, photoshop, and paint shop pro. Photobucket has a nice photo editing tool now if you do not want to use those.
