Um, do your Kingdom Quests, and quests the NPC's give, and train at Sea of Greed/Forest of Mist, kupo.

Those really are the only ways for your level at the moment, and your to low to be AoEing, kupo.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this game requires patience, don't expect to be strong in just one hour

Well.. I might have a suggestion but I don't recommend you to do this...
It may tick some people off in the process.
Ask a high level friend (When I say friend, I meant... be friendly to that person. Don't beg like a dog =.= And make sure his/her level isn't too high... I'll explain later) to help you level. Preferably a Mage/Archer with AoE (Area of effect) attack. Once you two are in party, get him/her to AoE train you in Sea of Greed, killing pirates and other mobs there. You'll be able to get quite a boost there.
OR
If your friend is able to survive well and able to kill fast, the next best place would be Moonlight Tomb. I got my little brother to level once really quick (Around an hour or so)
BUT to level to 20 will take long... Regardless of having your friend's help.
It might take well within an hour or more (I'll stress on the 'or more' part)
Now I owe you an explanation for the 'Make sure his/her level isn't too high' part...
If his/her level is too high, you'll receive less EXP compared to leveling with a slightly lower-high-leveled character.
Final verdict !!
It's still wiser to do your KQs and NPC quests to gain your EXP.

as a fighter... from 15 to 18 kill ratmen in forest of mist along the left side, from 18 to 20, mara pirate sailers/elites and speed boogys in the sand beach or whatever that place is called, should only take a little time to get to 20 using this

Actually just get a lvl 20+ cleric as a friend and ask her if she will help u lvl in MT u should lvl pretty quick if u two r on around the same time.
