i ordered a red mania shoes and full set and a tux a boogy pet 3 devil pets and almost everything else in the shop and got nothing

I'm having the same prob.* I bought a Raccoon and a Mini Devil and didn't get anything.* Than I thought I did something wrong and bought anogher Raccoon and still got nothing.
