Teleportation bug

Alright, what you do is... You go to a teleport thing and then you double click it so it asks you if you want to teleport, and then run away from it about 60 footsteps *while running* then hit yes or no and run back to the teleport and try to teleport with it and it won't work the option for yes or no won't pop up

Well then, wouldn't that be more of a glitch and not a bug because you have to do something to get it not to work, I mean thats like getting stuck in your house by resting then trying to set up shop, then your stuck.
