screen refresh > 60 Hz bug

Having a headache, I turned up the monitor refresh rate while playing Fiesta and this is what I got:

*and then after a couple minutes (on the phone) it went back to normal

That my friend looks like your graphic card is out of date. update your drivers should fix that grapic error.
