well the best place to lvl up for u might be at the rat man or boars for now

Play intensive[Dont meant hardcore grind 24h or so! No, Just concentrade], dont talk too much, run fast between killing from one mob to other. Use pots instead of resting.
Ooops the above are just advices how to. but where = Sea of Greed/Forest of mist

SOG probally also ask if someone doing Mara shes gives EXP

At level 17 you could be taking on Smart Phinos, Grave Robbers, Little Lizardmen in FoM or SoG. Those give some decent exp.
Mara Pirates are good as well. Elites and Marines.

at lvl 17 you should do mara kq :D if you're fast, you can do every 2 hours.
