Illegally manipulated? O_o

When I select my character to enter, it says the client has been ilegally manipulated. But I downloaded off the download section. D:

same thing happened 2 me reinstall the game if u still have the installer if not re download it

I did everything, reinstalled it, redownloaded it, it still says the same thing.

And I downloaded the client RIGHT OFF the DOWNLOAD SECTION for FIESTA. AND I REINSTALLED IT 3 TIMES ALREADY.

If you still can't find a solution, submit a ticket to the help desk, or try Pm'ing a GM/CSR with the problem. They may be able to help you resolve this issue better.
It may not be the client you downloaded, but something on your computer interfering with it, making it think it's being illegally manipulated.
There was another post about this not long ago..one of the CL's had some nice input on it...

If the error message is accurate, it believes there was a manipulated file in your Fiesta folder. If a full uninstall/reinstall doesn't work I'd send a copy of the message to Support@outspark.com and be prepared to have an explanation ready for why the system believes a folder/file has been manipulated. -Serric-

This could mean that you may have renamed a file or tried to manipulate the Fiesta files. But sometimes it occurs when someone hasn't done so.

Be sure to scan your pc for spyware and viruses. Whatever antivirus you youz, make sure it is updated with latest patterns/definitions. If you don't have antivirus on your pc, you can try one of the free online ones. I've found Housecall by Trend Micro to be fairly decent. http://housecall.trendmicro.com

You can also try Spybot for searching for spyware. It can be downloaded here: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
Be careful to make sure you get it from that website because there's another site that looks just like that one, but it's actually a fraudulant spyware program pretending to be the real site. As long as you go to the link above at Safer-networking.org, you'll be fine.
