Greetings.
Main bug report:
So*my*girlfriend*got*a*few*items*from*the*cash*sho p,*but*she*didn't*like*the*Red*Menian*Shoes. So naturally, she tried to get rid of them. They couldn't be banked, or sold to the NPC. This is intentional, I know. But then she tried to drop the item, and confirmed it. However, the item remained in her inventory. Not only this, but it was broken. She couldn't even equip it anymore, or move it to another slot in her inventory. She tried reconnecting to the server, and this didn't fix it.
Now,*this might have been a one-off. But if it happens every time, this is a serious*bug, as items people purchase will just break. So I think it should definitely be tested and looked into.
Summary:
BUG: Cash shop items (possibly applies to all bound items though) - attempting to delete them doesn't delete, and instead breaks it permanently, rendering it un-usable.
SUGGESTION: Cash shop items - let them be banked. Why not? Players pay for them, why force them to keep them in their inventory? Maybe they got them as a gift from somebody else, and don't want to use it just yet? Surely banking them will do no harm.
SUGGESTION: Cash shop items - players want permanent items. It honestly is so much more desirable to permanently purchase an item. I don't mean consumables, I mean like mounts, houses, clothes, pets, etc. Players like the security of having it forever - and re-purchasing every week is a hassle. Therefore, my suggestion is to either sell them*in*addition to the temporary ones, but at a much higher price, or simply change the temporary ones to permanent.
SUGGESTION: Cash shop items - make the clothes prettier. A lot more effort needs to go into them in terms of quality, texture, model, and design. Also keep in mind that many, many players (especially girls!) mainly play MMORPGs to decorate and*design*their*character.*Therefore,*it*is*an*in tegral*part*of*the*game*for*them, and*a*good*money-maker*for*you. This*game*needs*cute,*colourful*outfits*(pink*dres ses,*etc.),*cool*and*varied*outfits, and more smart outfits (such as the tuxedo).
FEEDBACK: The mounts are amazingly well-done. Especially the raccoon. It is honestly perfect in every way - the model, the texture, the animation (walking gracefully, running hyperly,*'jumping'*cutely, etc.) and the sound effects. This little extra effort makes a world of difference, and pretty much sells the game. Please keep up the good work in this department, but extend the same effort to clothing.
BUG: The no interface option does not hide the system chat window, nor the energy bar for a mount. Pretty much the whole point for it is to take screenshots, so this should, in my opinion, be changed. Possibly make it easier to toggle, as well - a hotkey, perhaps?
BUG: After opening the game, the first screenshot taken (for both myself and my girlfriend) takes an extremely long time - sometimes an entire minute. The screen also goes white. After this, though, they work fine, taking a millisecond or so.
TYPO: The shield*increase scroll recipe is titled 'MagicDEF Increase'. The actual magical defense scroll recipe is also titled 'MagicDEF Increase', so I am not confusing the two. They both have the same name, so this needs to be fixed.
TYPO: The 'Return Scroll: Rumen' item should be called 'Return Scroll: Roumen'.
TYPO: The 'Legendary Necklace of Rumen' item should be called 'Legendary Necklace of Roumen'.
SUGGESTION: The new font is too large, really. At least include a simple option to select a font face and size. You can edit this in the font.ini file,*but*this*isn't*very*easy*for*inexperienced*p layers.
SUGGESTION: It is incredibly, incredibly difficult to get the money to even buy skills and equipment, let alone extras such as refining. Many players can't even afford skills that they could have learnt five levels ago. It's just so expensive. And this will probably be even more of a problem after the closed beta, as more players means more items, meaning they sell for less. And there probably won't be masses of chests spawned, meaning less free money and items in the economy. So I suggest that the NPC skill prices (maybe not equipment) be lowered.
Well, that's all for now. Thank you for reading, and I'd appreciate comments on anything I said, especially the suggestions.
