I was out killing monsters lagged and ended up dying this happens frequently so not a bug. normally I reload in town try to heal tells me can't use skill right after log in fine. this time however I kept trying to heal everything looked correct except I didn't heal life remained down. I went around got some quests turned in and picked up some new ones then tryied to heal myself again. The graphics went heal but my life remained the same eventually I gave up and used my house to heal. Hopefully when I log in I can heal again. though I do like running around pretending I can heal.
