CAN WE STILL CHANGE SELECTED PRODUCTION SKILLS

I selected the potion production skill and material production skill as my production skills. I would like to ask if I can still change either of my two production skills or it is already a permanent skill????

It is a permanent choice...I'd like it to give a better warning that you cannot change these later once selected.
