I don't know if they will answer you because the assumption is that if you are in there then you must have done something to get put in there.

I have seen a couple of players running around with the title of [GL]

I am pretty sure that these are some kind of "secret police" that are running around putting players in jail and banning for any reason that they see fit.
One of them told me that they are a "volunteer force" but wouldn't tell me anything else.

I was worried that something like this would happen and I am still very bitter for being put in jail myself with no explanation of what I had done wrong.
The experience has definitely made the game a lot less enjoyable for me and many of my family have quit playing.

But as for you being in jail, try contacting GM SnakeEyes or GM Dakkon.
No one else is likely to do anything about your situation.
