empowerment skill problem

hi im a lvl 17 mage and when i open the screen to use the points
nothing on the screen will work except the close button i cant drag or
click on anyhting. this is realy annoying me because im a mage and the
spells take a long time and alot of sp and i want to get them to take
less sp buy i cant becuase the stupid skill empowerer wont work





is anyone else having this problem?

The interface is a little awkward..


For one thing, the passive skills cannot (seemingly be changed).


- click on empowerment (or w/e the button is on the bottom)


- brings up next window.


- Move mouse over to item in other window (the window you opened* the enhancement window from {the [k] window})


- select item, click it and drag it (may take a few shots..)


- drag item into box on enhancement window


- push the up arrow on the ability mod you want


- mouse over the skill and look at the indicated change, if you want it click ok to close out the window.


 


If it's a legitmate issue then i'm sorry, not trying to call you out or anything; just*trying to help.
