Can anyone tell me how to start it?

After downloading the game, you will need to install it.
After installation, there should be an icon on your desktop called Outspark Launcher. open that and you should be asked your username and password.
After that, you will be taken to the server login screen. Select "TEVA" and select Join.
you should than be prompted to create a character and begin play.
So...what happens when you try to start the game? A description of what is actually happening on screen is always helpful when troubleshooting.
Also, please run DxDiag (Start>Run>dxdiag>OK...check System and for:
Operating System (Exact version, also is it an English Language version or something else?)
Processor
Memory
Page File
DirectX version (needs to be 9.0c!)
Display Device Name
Approx. Total Memory
Display Device Driver Version (ex: 6.14.xxxx.xxxx)
