Hi. I just became High Cleric so I went to go buy 1 of those Invincible skill scrolls at Elderine that says I need High Cleric Class and level 20. So I bought it and I tried equipping it and it said I didn't have the High cleric Class.:( What happened?

did you have you done the quest for level 20 to become high cleric, or did you just get level 20 and get the title?

It sounds like he just turned 20 and hasn't done the job upgrade (shadow dungeon) quest yet to me.

You must have just made level 20 but not started on the High Cleric level quest yet. In Elderine, go visit the Cleric that sells skills for the class and begin the quest with him. From there you will eventually get the title that allows you to buy the weapons/armor/items that are 20+
