i cant get in the game

I*dont know what it is but i downloaded the game and everything! Then i click on the icon for the game the Outspark Launcher comes up i put my account name and my password and it right! but when i press play somthing pops up but then closes it self (i dont know what pops up it's to fast) then when i press play again the whole Outspark Launcher closes.(i dont mean the the downloaded thing or other stuff i just mean the launcher closes)

Ive got the same problem! i dont know why but it does the exact same thing. that white blank screen pops up and dissapears.... it works on my laptop but not my cpu...

I cant play fiesta even though i really want to! i have a hunch it might be my graphic card but it doesnt say anything! PLEASE HELP!!
